They must be deleting the negative review because there is no way all reviews are positive after my research on them. I bought a puppy in July. I took her to my vet with 5 days from purchase she had kennel cough. The kennel cough progressed into pneumonia. Her X-Rays show that something is in her lungs and she may need surgery. She has been on medicine since I bought her in July. It is now September. Hopefully the warranty will take care of things, if not I am filing a law suit since they said they sold me a healthy puppy.

went today to get our girls(laci,simi) toenails cut,and the young man was very patient with both my Dogs ,he did a very good job, all the staff are wonderful,and then Matt told me about this cream for the dogs feet and my daughter's will pick it up tomorrow,when they are there to sell girl scout cookies w/ thier troop#41680 The girls will take turns looking at the animals,I LOVE PETLAND!!!!.....

The staff did a super fantastic job of showing us all of the products for our new puppy. They were all super friendly. We were taught how to feed our dog. You did a great job, very informative, let us know how important a dog's nutrition is.
