I had a very bad experience this contractor. It took several calls and visits for a routine heating repair (in midst of cold) . In the end they failed to properly bleed the system and ended up it making it noisy enough to disrupt sleep And they broke another part. It was a long an trouble ridden experience. I would never do business with them again.
Kenny determined the problem with the furnace right away. I had called around 9 pm, so while it was milder in the day, it was beginning to get cold in my house. (February) He had the part in the truck and was able to get the furnace back up and running quickly.Not only that, I had a problem opening the cellar door where the furnace is located, and he helped with that!
This company has a high work ethic and is trustworthy. They could have tried to get me to buy an expensive boiler last year and said 'No, theres still life in yours. Sadly these reviews favor the unsatisfied, I just happened to see them as I was looking for my go-to heating company's #.
Last year I had a leak when I ran my central air. They came and stated it was fixed, the leak started again. They said I would not be charged for a service call only responsible for any parts or extra labor . The repair person came again fixed it and was billed again . I have called multiple times to reach the owner about the free service call but he has not returned my calls .
They replaced a part that didn't need replacing (& tried to charge us $325 for a $75 part, then were very upset when we supplied the part for them and said we had no warranty on it because they did not supply the part) and left us in the lurch when their "fix" didn't fix our heater. We were out of heat for 5 days. This company is untrustworthy and I would highly caution anyone about ever using their service.
This company is extremely unreliable they have been here to fix a problem that was found at the first installation they completly sent a person that could not repair or install the dampers that were needed they have been here a total of 6 times and still the problem has not beed resolved they promised they would be fere at a specific day and time and as of today 7/20/09 they were to be here at 8:30 am it is now 9:30 and they still are a no show.
