I was a great tenant here for 2 years, never made a late payment, left the place in better shape than when I moved in... but the staff was incompetent and rude. I had to have an attorney send them a letter to even have a leaking pipe fixed (after my kitchen was under 5 inches of water). When my a/c broke in the middle of summer, they didn't fix it for 5 days, saying it wasn't an emergency. Then, when I moved out, I got a letter from a collection agency, claiming I owed $5,000 - for what, I have no idea. No one has ever told me. So now I have to have that cleared up. There is nothing worthwhile about living at Riverwood Apartments - choose another place.
