        Great place to rent an apartment. Location is perfect. Close to freeway and schools. And very close to Sutter Roseville Hospital.

        This place looks like a 5 star resort. When we we looking for an apartment to live in for 1 year, we considered the Phoenicians because of its beauty. Decided not to because of the price and did not see many kids playing outside.
