We bought a home in Reno, which reports into this location.

Sales were excellent, construction was excellent, after sale service was and continues to be horrible! For instance, freezer won't get to zero - FDA has concerns about that but so far neither Del Webb nor Pulte expressed any concern about us have bacterial growth in our frozen foods. Secondly, one measly nook cabinet door had a defective stain but so far no replacement to date. Both items are three months old and counting. My wife has regrets that we purchased here. We may need to seek remedies in court!
