Worst service I've had at a restaurant ever. Will not be back. Had to flag waiter down for menu, to order a drink, to order food, for Bill, bill was wrong took 30 minutes to resolve. Won't be back.

Very nice restaurant. I love it a lot because it is very nice and really good food, and service too.

Delicious food. Large helpings. I'm bummed they took the "I D'claire" off the menu. That was the best thing there. Service is fine.

Food was ok. Had to send mine back because it was cold. Then it came back overdone. They took it off the bill. Service was good.

They have a great happy hour. The meals are so big that two people can share and still have enough to take home.

We don't go to Claim Jumper often but when we do we've had good food. The portions are huge. It's a good place to go for lunch. A little crowded and noisy for our taste at dinner time.

Great service, Great quality of food at an affordable price. The atmosphere is wonderful., the staff always makes you feel welcome, very attentive but now overwhelming.

Hit or miss. The food is good and they have good drinks, but the last few times I've been there, the service was horrible. Once we got to our table, we sat for at least 30 minutes before someone came to take our drink order. So disappointing.

After several years, we went back to have dinner here. The ambiance is fantastic with stone walls and warm fire and lodge-like feeling. They serve a lot of food so be prepared to take some to go or share a meal. Beware: They have the most delicious garlic bread they provide you prior to dinner!

Had dinner here last night for my husbands burthday. The food was amazing and the service was wonderful.

My whole family has shared many happy memories at Claim Jumper's. We love the friendly atmosphere and the wide variety of food choices for everyone. There is always something for everyone, even my pickiest family member. Split a piece of chocolate cake at the end and you have a lovely evening.

I regularly meet friends for lunch at Claim Jumper. We always get great service and delicious food. My favorite is their Jamaican Jerk Chicken, which is usually so generous that I take half of it home for another meal.



I ate here three times last week--once for dinner with my husband because I had my $25 birthday credit on their Landry's card and twice with two different groups of former co-workers. Since we were using my birthday credit, our server knew I had had a recent birthday, and even though we passed on dessert, he brought me a complimentary red velvet cupcake, complete with candle. The next day we had the same waiter as the night before, so even though I was celebrating my birthday (yes, again), he knew I had already gotten the free cupcake. Then yesterday, we had a different waiter, who could tell we were celebrating my birthday because of the birthday cards I received. We ordered a dessert to share (which is our custom), but the waiter also brought me a to-go cupcake.

Good food and nice selection. The last two times we visited the service was too slow, and it wasn't even crowded.

Great Chili, pasta and desserts. We will be back again.

Good restaurant with great service. Love their tri tip dip sandwich. I tried their spicy thai cole slaw for the first time and it was de..licious. If they offered that in a big salad I would order that. I had eaten the slaw first and wished I had more it was great. They also offer military discount, which is an awesome Plus!

Was disappointed shrimp taquitos I wanted where tooken off the menu and so was the apple cheesecake so what I really wanted no longer existed other than that I had the steak and kingstree dinner and it was very delicious

In fact the portions are scary large. The chocolate cake is enough for a family of 4. The salads are so large you must plan to take some home or it is a big waste of food. I'd prefer that they cut the portioins way down and the prices, too.

Best ever service and food. Dont need to order two meals for two one is usually plenty very large portions. And always great tasting.
