Jones, 56, of Folsom, has served as senior partner at Hansen Kohls Jones Sommer and Jacob LLP since 2003 and was an associate attorney at Hansen Boyd Culhane and Watson LLP from 1998 to 2003. He was an attorney at Michael W. Jones Attorney at Law from 1997 to 1998 and assistant district attorney at the Shasta County District Attorney's Office from 1990 to 1997. Jones served as deputy district attorney at the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office from 1989 to 1990, associate attorney at Bonne Jones Bridges Mueller O'Keefe and Hunt in 1989 and senior criminal investigator at the California Department of Insurance Fraud Bureau from 1986 to 1989. He was senior special investigator at the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control from 1982 to 1986. He earned a Juris Doctorate degree from Western State University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Sacramento. Jones fills the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Larry D. Gaddis.

Ms. Cenat earned her Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in May 2015. She graduated with distinction and was admitted to the Roger J. Traynor Honor Society. While at McGeorge, Ms. Cenat served as a comment staff writer, legislation staff writer, and primary editor for the McGeorge Law Review. Ms. Cenat received Witkin Awards for earning the highest grade in the subjects of Legal Research and Writing and Juvenile Law.
Mr. Koberlein began his civil litigation practice in Fresno, California. During his time in Fresno, Mr. Koberlein worked as an associate at Ericksen Arbuthnot, handling cases in construction defect litigation, employment litigation, and professional liability.
Mr. Batchman began his civil litigation practice in Sacramento with an emphasis in business litigation, construction defect, real estate and corporate organization matters.
In 2015, Mr. Koberlein relocated to Placer County where he joined Knudtson & Associates, P.C., handling medical malpractice defense and personal injury defense cases on behalf of individuals and health care professionals throughout Northern California. During his time at Knudtson & Associates P.C., Mr. Koberlein gained significant case management, trial, and private arbitration experience. In August 2019, Mr. Koberlein joined Hansen, Kohls, Sommer & Jacob, LLP, as an associate attorney.
