McDonald's

Only 2 cars in line, 4 in the parking lot and 6 cars waiting for food in the pull up line. 3 times the wrong food got brought to us and got a attitude each time we told them it wasn't ours. This is definitely a management issue.

My husband and I love coffee he likes his hot I like my frappes, whenever the local coffee houses are closed and we have to go to mcdonalds it never fails their 'coffee' machine is being cleaned. down in the city I love mcdonalds coffee and can get it anytime but out here seems everytime I go the machine is either being cleaned or even gone as far as to say it's broke! And one time I asked why they cleaned thier machine In the middle of the day when they are 24-7 but they went on to say they ALWAYS clean thier machine at that same time everyday I'm like ok then hiw long does it take? They said an hour I came back 3 hours later and guess what still being cleaned!! Sunday MORNING (who doesn't have coffee who offers coffee in the morning especially a Sunday morn?) I'm not sure if thier just too lazy or specific people don't like to make coffee but it's RIDICULOUS. If I could give them minus star I would worst mcdonalds EVER!

While McDonald's is a fast food name brand that conjures up images of cheap, greasy burgers and short wait times, our Roosevelt Mcdonald's has a lot to work on. The McDonald's in Roosevelt is well staffed (mostly female), well situated, and well cleaned. The problems with McDonald's here is that the dining area is very small. All orders, whether billed as take out or dine in all come in a paper bag as a way of forcing the consumer to get going as quickly as possible. The food is prepared fairly quickly, and with a minimum of error, but the new process of cooking the french fries leaves a lot to be desired. They are much staler and harder than before. I am a fan of the softer fries. As with any fast food franchise, each location is owned by a local, and this McDonalds meets the needs of the local client��le, but I'd like to see it meet my needs.
