Motel 6

New housekeeping staff that wants to come into your room every day and the manager won't let you use 'do not disturb' signs. Everyone is nice enough but I don't stay there to make friends.

Hot coffee in the morning in the office, washing machines available, one snack vending machine and two soda machines. Two ice machines. One was sending out black pieces of something with the ice. Never cleaned.

Grounds not well kept, the microwave is a piece of trash that there's no turn plate but it doesn't matter because it wouldn't turn, anyway. Problems include low water pressure, rarely hot water, window doesn't open, terrible shower that doesn't get the bottom half of you. An okay place, a little out of the way, quiet location.

The manager is fantastic! The staff is helpful and offers a smile when you need one.



The hotel is well-lit and I felt very safe.



I stayed there for six weeks, and though jewelry was stolen from our room, it was an otherwise satisfactory stay.
