Dr. Denney has a wonderful kind personality and very thorough! Usually dental offices try and push deep cleaning which insurance companies don't pay for. This office gave me an old fashioned cleaning without pressuring me about deep cleaning. So happy I found them! read less

I have been going to Forum Dental since I was a child in Rolla, moved to STL in 2017 and I’ve been beyond pleased with all of my work I’ve had done. Monday 2/22/2022 they showed me just how amazing they can be. My fiancé went to have the LEFT side of his face evaluated for jaw pain around 4:00pm at Valley Park Dental Group. He walked out with a failed wisdom tooth extraction on his RIGHT side and said he would be fine to go to work around 6:00pm. They gave him a referral to Dr. Reti at Southwest Oral Surgery and told him to schedule when he had time. Once the localized anesthesia shot wore off he was in the worst pain. The prescription for Tylenol #3 didn’t even begin to touch it. I called several times to the office and eventually had to call the after hours number since they never picked up before they closed. I STILL haven’t received a call back from Valley Park Dental Group 2 DAYS later. Out of pure desperation I called Forum Dental- Ballwin the office was closed but Dr. Olvera has the machine set up directly to her cell phone and she picked up on the first ring. I know she didn’t get the whole story out of me on the phone. I was extremely panicked and told her basically “I have no idea what to do. Please help!” She met us in 30 minutes at the office and had him joking around in 40 minutes. Took care of everything and sent us home with the appropriate medicine and aftercare. She’s followed up via phone call and texts multiple times checking on him. She even reached out to Valley Park Dental Group to touch base about the continuing of care for their patient. Like I said they still haven’t reached out to us two days later.
