I love this company. I had a retreat center and they were great with the many repairs required for our washing machines. Always great to work with.

I went in to refill my time-sensitive prescription for three days in a row and every day they said they had "no record of me trying to refill it." Ended up switching to the CVS pharmacy and got a call from Walmart right after saying that they had my prescription FOUR DAYS AFTER I called it in and they're sorry and they messed up. Needless to say, I'm not picking that prescription up, and I'm not going back there. WAY too disorganized. If you want your prescription on time, I'd suggest you go to CVS or another pharmacy.
Great service! After reading some of the reviews I was skeptical but this company proved them all to be inaccurate. At least based on my experience with them. My Whirlpool dryer (less than 2 months old) stopped working and I had to call the warranty company. They told me they made an appointment with Appliance Docs for the next day and someone from their office would call to confirm. That they did. The very next day around 8:30am they called and scheduled with me. Though they had to call and push the appointment back a couple hours, they still called and made sure it would be okay. Overall, they were great! The woman from the office was very courteous and the serviceman was polite while in my home.So, now knowing from experience, not everything you read on the internet it 100% accurate. However, my experience with this company was much more pleasurable then the other reviews described. I am satisfied with the service they provided and would certainly recommend them if anyone asked.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life!! I ordered a part for a freezer and he sold me a part that states on the box "only for short term/temporary use." Who sells a part like that? VERY unorganized, rude, disrespectful and deceitful! Never again!!!
They are rude! They lie! They "no call, no show" quiet frequently! They blame YOU for their mistakes! If you aren't paying out of pocket and have a warranty, they will just stand you up MULTIPLE times CLAIMING you are not in the books! Horrible company! Horrible people! SHAME ON YOU LOWE'S FOR CONTRACTING THROUGH THEM!
This pharmacy has great personal service and everyone has a smile! Yeah you pay a bit more, but to them your not a number but a friend.
They are terrible all the way around. They didn't show up when they scheduled. After the diagnosis (first visit @ $59) and the repair ($70 after estimated at $50) our refrigerator died again 4 days later. It took two phone calls to get them out again and they didn't show up as scheduled. Then they said the first part they replaced caused another thing to break. Bottom line, we have to pay another $120 to get our refrigerator cold. Why is it our problem when they mis-diagnosed? Very poor customer service as well as non- competent repair crew. I agree, they don't deserve any stars.
