The owner is very unprofessional, lazy and overall hates do even deal with renters. Very deceitful will take all your deposit on "damages" when you moved in. The repair man that claims to fix the things around the property, and then charges almost double what normal repair would cost is the owners husband. The property we moved into had rat nests in the vents, skunks living in the central air unit. After we moved in had no hot water 2 months. Also kitchen sink broke, they did not fix it for over a month. Do not rent from this company will steal your money.
