Remote start list company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Have been preoccupied with my sister having stage 4 cancer And was 8 minutes late paying water bill and was charged $50 reconnect fee when my water was NEVER shut off. I explained my preoccupation and asked for a one time forgiving and was told sorry sir it is policy. They charged me for services that were never rendered and the gentlemen that shut the service off where still in the office and truck was sitting in the parking lot. She told me it had to be in before they opened NOT 8 minutes after. Very very heartless company and people.
