While their customer service is great, their business practice is the worst I've experienced. We were told that $5,000 would cover the costs of my grandmother's dental surgery, only to be surprised at the additional charge of $5,000. After paying $10,000 for the surgery costs, we received a COLLECTION LETTER of an additional $3,000 (costs of which we were unaware, but promptly paid). On top of that, my grandmother was asked if she would like IV sedation for the next step of surgically opening up the gums over the implants - if so, an additional $400.

Full disclosure of costs was not given up-front, which did not allow me to make an informed decision.
