        Roto-Rooter saved the day for me. I had a leaky upstairs tub which was causing a leak on the ceiling downstairs in my kitchen. I called Roto-Rooter and they sent someone out the same morning and even called to tell me that the technician could come earlier than my appointment which was a major plus. My technician thoroughly explained everything he was testing and doing beforehand as well as giving me an estimate on the work before he began working on fixing my plumbing problem. Thanks again Roto-Rooter!!!

        Roto-Rooter send a Technician to our house the same day I called them. The Technician fixed our water main, again on the same day, working until it was dark and getting the job done so the water could be turned back on to the house. Everyone from the operator to the Technician were friendly and helpful. Thanks Leroy!

        Roto-Rooter Plumbers 4/18/12 Really excellent company. I have used their service since 2008 when I started needing a reliable and efficient business when I incurred a plumbing problem. Very puncturable, clean with the work, and never have I had a failure. They have a pleasant receptionist when you call in to help you not be so stressed out, as I am always.         I had to call RR on a Sunday afternoon because my basement had a flood from an unknown source. Kevin Cooney came out within 30 mins and found my problem right away and began to search my property in the pouring rain to find my septic tank. I didn't even know I had one let alone where it was. He identified the problems after digging it up and wrote an estimate that was very fair. He spent a lot of time here, explaining everything clearly. I made the appointment the next day to have the work done to repair and clear my septic tank. Although it cost me a lot of money, the peace of mind and education I received was worth it!! Kevin was super nice and friendly and made a very distressing circumstance a tolerable one. As a formerly clueless homeowner, I appreciated the fine service and will now set up a maintenance program with Roto Rooter!
