Amazing customer service!! So helpful!

Awesome Staff!! The PostNet team goes out of their way to help me in my shipping and printing needs. I use them as a home office just because of their customer service and JR the graphics guy is always willing to help me with my marketing and printing material.....

Rude staff. Poor service. I was the only customer in the store. There were two or three employee's. Simple fax request. Employee made attempt to fax my document, rolled her eyes and said: "busy". She tried again in a few minutes without even telling me that she was making another attempt, and, again, said: "busy". I said I would call to double check the fax number. As I was talking on my cell phone confirming the fax number, the employee handed me my documents, saying: "the went through; $5..." . She was a grump, very unfriendly. As I was trying to conclude my call (that I had only made in the store in attempt to verify the fax number), I turned away to finish my call in privacy....still no other customers....and the employee came around the corner and aggressively said to me while I was on the phone: "we need to finish this transaction." She treated me like I was a criminal, getting ready to escape without paying my dues! I was dressed in my Nursing scrubs (the most trusted nursing profession), and had been nothing but pleasant when i was in this Post Net. Incredibly rude staff. Will never return.
