Art Frame Craft

I wanted to get frames made for my family for Christmas. I went in on 12/20 so I knew that it was going to be a slight rush to get them by Christmas. The guy said he could do it but only with a certain group of frames. I said that would be fine since he was giving me 50% off of everything. I prepaid.



My husband went in to pick up the frames today, 12/23, and that's all they were...FRAMES. Just wood, nothing else. The guy didn't ask me if I needed glass or backing, so I assumed that they came with that. I told him that I was giving pictures to my family for Christmas, why would I only need the frame..??? I called the guy to tell him that I refuse the frames and he said no way he was giving me my money back, eventhough they looked terrible! Then he hung up on me. HOW PROFESSIONAL! He made us pay extra for glass and "backing". The backing was a piece of flemsy cardboard that doesn't even hold the glass in place. They also don't have a hook to hang on the wall. Why would I want a 20x24 frame that I can't hang on the wall. I don't know what I'm going to do. It's 2 days before Christmas and we're completely out of money so new frames are out of the question.



I do not recommend this place at all. Do not go here for ANYTHING!
