Hooters

Terrific place & always happening; music playing, bells ringing, tvs glaring, random bunch of customers make it worth the stop for my personal favorite dish - Fried Pickles - a must eat for a real Hooter. Friendly staff dressed colorfully and brightly always wearing a big smile ready to serve. Surprisingly a potential family environment as well as the young woman are more closely attired in athletic clothing than the stereotype "hooters" persona people might tend to believe.

The new location with the outside seating makes it a spot on the Pike to be seen. I would suggest they invest in some heat lamps for the outside area sooner than later as summer evenings can be rather brisk.



Come summer time it is a toss up between two places on the Pike, places in Rockville, as to where would be best to watch the Beijing Summer games 2008 but with this atmosphere and basically a HD/plasma screen television situated at every nook and cranny your eye can muster, man, you really could not go wrong grabbing a cold beer and some buffalo wings and reserving your seat to the Olympics.

Of course, I personally would rather be in Beijing but being around a bunch of Hooters ain't too shabby either :)
