Avoid this business, they are horrible. Salesman, Avi, is very very pushy and is not truthful in his statements. Lied about cost of system. Tries to get you to buy all kinds of extra stuff. The workman who did the install was incompetent. Multiple mistakes were made by installer which required repeated visits to correct. Installer, for some unknown reason, refused to communicate with homeowner when he does not know what to do. Installed wrong type of sensors (cheaper versions), destroyed internet outlet when I told him he had incorrectly connected system to internet, rather than the telephone line, failed to make changes contract called for, put up sensors in location installer chose rather than asking homeowner's preference. I only gave them one star because I can't give them zero stars.
