Worst service I have encountered. Won't return calls. Missed appointments. Will take your money and won't complete the work. Go anywhere else.

They installed a free-standing rolling steel door on the alleyway behind my home in DC. The quality of product and installation are fine.BUT... The guys running the show dont seem to care about customer service! They dont return calls or emails, fumbled the order to the manufacturer delaying installation schedule for weeks and rarely work at the time when they promise to. I am still waiting for them to finish the last part of the job I was foolish enough to pay for. It has been more than 2 months now, and several missed appointments to come and finish. I may have to file a claim. Find someone else to install your garage door. Seriously.
