As a Rockport resident I observed the deterioration of the parcel as it changed ownership and management over a period of about 15 years. Maintenance and up keep were abandoned and the property was eventually sold at public auction.

Sandy Bay Stables is a family owned and operated friendly horse farm convienently located just 3 mile off of Rte,. 128 North. The facility boasts a large indoor riding arena for year-round riding for the serious equestrian student.
