Extra Space Storage

I think this storage place is grate. This summer I was moving my things in and it was HOT! Dave came out and gave me cold bottle's of watter for every one that was helping out! I have never had a storage place make sure I was not haveing heat stroke! The people in the office have a good sense of humor. I like the fact that they enjoy there jobs or so it would seem. They are all in good moods when I have come in. I always snag a candy from the dish before I go. I really like the free truck to move my things in. I use the space as a garage. I have my motorcycle and jet ski in here as well as my tools. I am in and out a lot. there is a good vibe here. 2 thumbs up.

The customer service here is exceptional. I have been treated with respect all through out my experience renting here. I have a climate controlled unit for my business. I have everything delivered to my unite and the office signs for all of my packages. I never miss a delivery any more. I have found the staff to be professional and friendly. They are very helpful and I really like the auto bill pay. I don't even need to worry about paying my bill on time. The storage is in a good area putting my mind at ease. The video surveillance is state of the art top notch! I fallowed some one in and I guess I set off an alarm by not putting in my code. The staff was polite but came out to make sure who ever was in my unite was authorized! That makes me feel safe knowing the security is tight here!

I have rented with CA Storage Centers for over a year. My mom passed away and I needed a place to put her things and fast. I found the storage center to be clean and free of pests. The service was grate and friendly. If I had problems the staff was there for me to help me out any way they where able. I am truly thankful for the personal touch that was added and you just can't find any more. Service has gone to the way side where as here it is more like family than a customer. I would recommend CA Storage Centers to any one who was looking for a place to store your personal items.
