HORRIBLE STAFF! They are not sensitive or compassionate. I did not show for an appointment because my grandmother died and I was planning her funeral. They sent me a bill for $40. I called an explained the situation and they would not remove the charge. Very unethical! No sympathy. Apparently you are supposed to think of their office when you have a death in the family. Steer clear of this practice because you will not get compassion or sympathy for your condition. I hope the money I am putting toward the bill was worth losing 3 patients. I told them this and they did not care...

I've never been treated the way they treat people. They'll tell you every time that if you don't show for an appointment they'll charge you $40, if you don't show insurance, you'll not be able to see a doc, you have to pre-pay a co-pay and then sit in the waiting room for 45 mins to an hour. Then, when you're paying a balance in the hundreds each month, they'll send a past due notice. They are about $$$$, not helping people. Go to Madison.

I would absolutely NOT recommend. That is because your Corcoran is incompetent & left me with a implant that is painful to activate. This should have been found during the sugery procedure, but Denny was in too much of a hurry. He is the worst & I tell every one that will listen. I've even found many in the medical profession the know him & agree.
