        Neighborhood Music has been providing several types of lesson, including piano, violin, and viola. Emphasis is placed on patience, encouragement, and motivation. Experience includes teaching music and orchestra at the private, elementary, junior high, high school, and college levels. This is especially fun for the students who do not have orchestra at school.         Overall

        Piano and violin lessons are given in a colorful home music studio by Dr. Sward. You can tell she enjoys teaching and she is always interested in and flexible with her student's other activities. She is very encouraging and is able to accompany all of her string students on the piano. The string students also have the opportunity to participate in a small orchestra with her other students, which is very good for them, especially if they don't have orchestra at school.
