        Overall

        Kim came out in the middle of the night to tie a tree off that was in danger of falling on the house. He arrived promptly the next morning with his crew and removed the tree. He is my hero. Thank you for your kindness and for keeping me calm during this entire ordeal. I would give a million stars if I could.
