T Nails

I went there exclusively for all most 2 years and lately they only have 2-3 people working on a regular basis so you never get in for your appointment at the time that is set. Recently my cuticles are sore and red and stay that way for about 1 week. Then I go back and it happens all over again. What does she do?? I watched her and she has a

thumb nail that she has grown out and filed sharply. She pushed back the cuticle after she applies the acrylic before she files. It all most like a sharp knife into your skin. I have got area around my cuticles that have been red and swollen. I am not going back
