Refused to give us a detailed invoice showing what we had ordered. The product was delivered damaged and they attempted to hang the product even though it was damaged and defective. Furthermore, part of the order was not delivered according to our specifications or request. The installer instead of accepting responsibility or attempting to do something to correct the situation just threatened and bullied us. It was and continues to be a horrible experience.
