        Rome Metals, founded in1958, is one of the most experienced processors of specialty metals in the United States. The company manufactures no products of its own. Its facilities in Rochester, Monaca and Zelienople, Pa., have the equipment and personnel to process virtually anything from metal ingots to finished products. Rome Metals works with large pieces and high volume, processing nearly 8 million pounds of specialty metals every month. It specializes in the processing of titanium, zirconium, nickel and cobalt-based super alloys, as well as common stainless and tool steels. Rome Metals services include surface grinding, precision grinding and polishing, abrasive and band saw cutting, shearing, grit blasting and cleaning, ultrasonic and dye penetrate testing and vacuum creep flattening.
