Best Florist in the Rochester area! Did a great job on my mothers funeral

I just ordered flowers from Liz and she did a fabulous job!

The arrangement was perfect!

The florist was very compassionate towards me and recipient of the flowers during this difficult time.

Giving this florist a one star is being "generous". For my mother in laws funeral, my father in law had ordered a vase of flowers and wrote a special poem to her. He sat there looking at the arrangement shaking his head so upset. I asked him what was wrong, he said look at those flowers, I spent $109 and that's all I got, and they totally messed up my poem to her. This was his special last words to her and they messed it up. When I contacted the owner, she was very short just justifing their flowers, years of experience and that they had spent 20 minutes on the phone with him. I explained how upset he was, and she was just short and said she would be very "generous" and give him a $25 credit. The owner never seemed to feel sorry for the situation. Later my father in law was still upset talking about how he was saddened by this event. Another phone call was placed to the owner by another family member because of this. Again the owner was short and was put out that we had called the "800" number for customer service at 9pm. Again she said that the person that took the order had spent 20 min on the phone and that they stand by their quality (even though the site says "satisfaction gauranteed". This DOES NOT really apply. There is NO Gaurantee.

We were all amazed of the lack of sympathy they had for the turn of events. Come on is this how you take advantage of people in their 80's at this time in thier life? Just Beware!

I received flowers from is florist as a gift ordered from 1800flowers. The flowers where half dead and looked nothing like the picture. When I called to let me know the woman on the phone screamed at me, screamed over me, and proceeded to curse at me. So if you want ugly flowers and verbal abuse then I recommend this florist.

These ladies were amazing. They went above and beyond to make my special day beautiful. Thank you for all you hard work.
