Terrible unprofessional staff!! Just throw the whole office away!!! They reschedule my appointment without my knowledge to a time I can’t make then get an attitude on the phone when I tell them I can’t make that time

this staff messed with me a week about getting oral surgery, not doing the proper profile on me with the first call (found this out the next a.m.from the gentleman I talked with at this same office) should have been done from the get go. 6 month old referral not valid WAS NOT 6 months yet, FALSE! My dentist than was blamed for not getting referral to them yet Wilson sat on it for 2 days after receiving (wondering now how long Wilson sat on contacting my dentist for referral) AND bonus never called me ...!. Wanted to book me out over another week for a evaluation/ consult (no less on a Sunday) which my husband has to work,( one vehicle - bad tires & etc.) to travel 80 plus miles round trip. Best they chose to do!!! I am in crisis with 2 back teeth falling apart, painful oh yeah! Oh than go back for the surgery, another on their schedule...! Staff WOW! If i could rate a zero minus it would be to much! NO! NO! NO! I will suffer before ever entering thy door of scary YUK Wilson dentistry! Please be advised T.V. commercials ran by them are so very false.

I took my 9 year-old son there and will never take him again. The dental hygienist put an adult sized bite blocker in my son's mouth and as he stood for there for ten minutes he was almost in tears because of the discomfort he was in while the hygienist complained about him not being able to bite down. Finally, after putting my son through all that, it came to her-use the bite blocker made for children. They put in very little effort to clean my son's teeth and we only saw the dentist for a few seconds as she glanced in his mouth and said he was fine.

Have not had a problem with them. Very nice to me. Always makes sure I'm comfortable before doing anything.
