The Boy Scouts of America is a youth service organization that supports more than 250 local councils. It offers venturing and cub and boy scouting programs. The organization conducts several leisure activities, such as hiking, paddling and climbing. Its Venturing is a youth development program that includes skills development in the areas of adventure, sports, arts, hobbies and religious life.
