Glass Lab

I bought the wrong downstem for a waterpipe and went to ask got an exchange since I was just there 20 minutes ago. The dude behind the counter said it smelled like "resin" and accused me of smoking with it. I tried explaining that I had literally brought it home, saw it didn't fit and came back. Instead of just talking to me like a human being he just started arguing louder and eventually started screaming like some deranged chimp. I'm going to try to contact the owner about this.
