Willowbrook Apartments

I had no trouble getting my deposit back. I gave my 30 day notice in writing in advance. Thirty days after I moved out I got my deposit.

I THOUGHT that Willowbrook was a nice enough place, till they used an obscure clause on the lease to NOT return my security deposit, inspite of me COMPLETING the lease and having been a good tenant during the lease term with no problem in rent whatsoever.. And on top of that I had to literally beg them to at least inform me regarding the status of my security deposit for 2 MONTHS before they sent a really rude mail telling me that I am not getting it back.I am a student and this has caused a huge dent in my finances.Please be cautious when dealing with them.
