KB Kelley's Flooring

We purchased carpet because we are loyal Lowes customer and always had great experience. Installation was a horror story.
First, we had to keep calling installation company to arrange the time. After 3 weeks they finally gave us date and time. I guess time is relevant thing for KB Kelly Flooring from Rochester NH. We were told that installers would be at our home anywhere between 8 to 10am. When we called at noon time they said that window was actually 8 to 12… When we called at 12:30 they said that they are trying to reach driver, when we called again they said that they did not know how far North Conway is!
At this time I offered for the installation to be tomorrow because I was worried that installers will not have enough time to get this everything done. I was re-assured that installation will be done as agreed.
It was after 1 pm when they finally showed up… The whole time they were here they were walking in dirty boots on the new carpet (everything outside was slush and mud). I asked them about estimated time how long will it take because my family needed to come home and they said 5 pm. After one room was done they started putting furniture back. This is when I realized that they will not even vacuum the mess, so I offered to help them. I asked do they have better industrial vacuumed and they said that do not have vacuum with them at all… How do you go and install carpet in someone home without vacuum?
They were done at 8:30pm and I finished vacuuming the whole house.
I took day off from work for this installation, family was out so we would not be in their way and in end all 4 of us plus two dogs ended up in one room waiting for them to be done...
At end installation was also done poorly. They said that Lowes did not give them carpet trim, so I currently have 3 different carpet trims and plenty of nasty bent nails?
