        I have been trying to loss weight for years, I was falling into depression, and just really felling bad about myself, my blood pressure was crazy, and I suffered a mild heart event in Aug. 2021. I tried everything but to no avail, then I found Krista White with Refine Health!! She helped to find the best course of action for me in Oct 2021 and its now Nov 29th and I have lost 25 lbs already!! KRISTA IS MY LIFESAVER ! The appts we have are all virtual as I live in Washington state and Refine Health is located in Florida, so I was a little skeptical at first but Krista has made the process so smooth. I never have a problem getting in contact with Refine Health ever, she even went out of her way to help me through her own family emergency! Krista setup my prescriptions to be delivered straight to my door. Hassle free and discreet. Top notch service by a very caring and knowledgeable team! She deserves more than 5 stars!
