My favorite pet store!

Agree with what everyone else is saying - a VERY clean pet store - they should all be like this! Owner is very friendly and nice & here is an example. I recently FOUND a cockatiel. I went by the store to ask the owner if he could keep it while I tried to locate the owner - he refused understandably, because he didn't want to endanger his own birds if the bird I found was sick. Instead he offered to LEND me a bird cage! You can bet non of the other big pet stores would've offered to help in that way! Let's all band together and make sure we help keep this store in business. BUY FROM PET MALLS!

Pet Malls is a wonderful addition to the shops at Boyette Rd. and McMullen. My daughter loves birds and their birds are always healthy and well-cared for. The staff is very personable and helpful. This is a wonderful pet store.

The staff was knowledgable and friendly both over the phone and in person. The store was larger than expected with a great variety of pets for sale as well as supplies. The cleanest pet store I have been to (spanning several states even). We purchased a lion headed rabbit and the salesman we had was extremely patient and helpful as we had a lot of questions. Excellent pet shop.

This store is GREAT! The staff is very friendly and the owner is so nice and tries so hard to keep his store clean and well stocked...He has tons of products and a huge selection of the nicest dog and cat foods...He has everything from product to pets and keeps the store immaculate...I use this store for all my pet needs and not once since they have opened have I ever found it messy or dirty....This store is so clean and ALWAYS smells good...I highly suggest Pet Mall and hope this man does very well there because he deserves it...He has worked so hard to do this store right and treat the customers like first class.....

Hands down the best local pet shop in Riverview! With excellent selection and great customer service! I recommend you come and see for yourself!

I believe its privately owned as well, but an all around great pet shop that has some good selection on pets (fish, birds, etc.) and are very friendly as far as trying to help you in your pet's needs. I get my mice here every other week and not once have I had any problems since the opening of this store.

Love this store. People are very friendly. Must be privately owned, they really care and it shows. The store has lots of nice things for your pets. Go see for yourself, you'll see.

If you to the chain pet stores out there you are missing out, the first trip I made to this store was amazing I walked in a was greeted by very friendly employees who showed me right where to find what I was Looking for. They also treated me like I was the only person in there during our conversation they Were listening to me, before I left the store they gave me several samples of food for my labradoodle To try, and told me if she didn't like it to bring it back and get something else, I have never had a Store tell me anything like that. They carry the natural good for your pet food!!! They have almost everything you would find at those other stores, but don't just read what I wrote take the time to go in and see for yourself, I be leave you'll agree.
