I had little choice with insurance agency with my initial purchase of my property. I was not overtly inpressed with Mr Frese at thtat time. I continue to be unimpressed with him and his office staff. I needed to keep coverage on my proprety following HOmewise 's decision to leave Florida. I waited until Nov to start the process of finding new insurance with this agency. They were very busy wit this change. However, I was assured thtat I would have the coverage needed by 12/12/2010 the due date. And here it is 12/28/2010 and my mortage complany sent me a nice little letter explaining that they have not received any policy from this aency. Now the insurance is late - with possibly a lapse in covrage. This will cost me big. So - would I recommend this agency - No I would not. Am I seekin glegal recourse to recoup the penalty I will have to pay for a lapse in coverage- yes I am. I was not able to get a 1/2 star to come on - this agency doesn't deserve even that much.
