i went to this place to take up my canadian passport pic, lady has taken the wrong pic as my passport came back, i took the same to her and ask for refund. she refused to refund money and was very rude and told me that i have no option as she dosn't do refund and was veryy very very very very RUDE. she is a very arrogant unprofessional and Rude woman. she will not admit her mistakes and went on to argue with me and told me "i can go and do what i want to do" but she will not refund my money nor she said sorry....
