if i could give zero stars, i would. not only did the business owner wait until a 2nd phone message of mine before he called me back ("very busy"), when he finally came out to the house to provide an estimate, his presentation was unorganized and he wasn't connecting with me as a potential client. he also had a condescending tone to his voice, as if i was wasting his time for such a small job. i am sooooooo glad i did not give this company my business.
