Absolutely THEIVES. They will take your money and run, I tried to do my taxes with them and they refused to do my taxes. I didn't find out until I had to do an IRS retrieval form and the IRS said I never filed taxes. When I called they said that it was someone else's fault who used to work there but never claimed any responsibility on the part of the organization and refused to refund my money or do my taxes. Now it almost July and I have to pay outrageous fees. I am filing an internal complaint and audit request against them, so again, FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO DO YOUR TAXES!
