Very bad service. Service tech. came to house and took a look at our microwave. Then he told me that our microwave needed to be removed and serviced at the shop. Well it took 9 days and about 35 calls to them and now they have returned the microwave in worse condition than it was in before they came into the picture. BEWARE!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! FAR AWAY!!!!!
This was sent to wrong company. We are Advanced Services in Rincon and we do not, nor have we ever worked on residential appliances including microwaves. There is a company named advanced appliance repairs in richmond hill, ga and my guess is this is the company that worked on this for them.
RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. Advanced owner david will make you think he is the best and most of all that you can trust him. I had problems with my unit losing freon, He came and made us think, wow we picked the right guy. After putting freon in the unit he explained what could be causing our problem, He even went up to check the Air Handler to make sure everything was A ok. He even made you think he was really nice, by saying call me in a couple of days to let me know how it is cooling, then he said we could wait until he came back in a couple of days. Wow so nice of him, but no, was paid him.
Just two days later the A/C stops again, I called him and he said he would be out at ( AM.
Gee guess what he was a NO SHOW, could not even get him on the phone.
ended up calling Climatech (great service) they came and checked Heat pump, again no freon, He checks the air handler,
LEAKING AND YOU COULD SEE WHERE IT WAS LEAKING AND WHERE IT HAD BEEN LEAKING.
Not knowing anything about air conditioners a person could tell there was a problem.
So this means I was RIPPED OFF OF 110.00 From Advanced, He had to of seen the problem, but just wanted some free money from us.
NEVER TRUST THIS GUY, and when I called about what was found he HUNG UP ON ME.
This information left by customer is 100% inaccurate. Customer had another company go out before us and expected us to complete repairs for other company free of charge. Upon calling customer back with a followup, was cursed out about billing them. We always stand behind our work but will not subject my employees to verbal abuse. Always two sides to every story, but only one side is true.
