If I could give a half star I would. This service is horrible. The drivers blame the dispatchers & dispatchers blame drivers when the ride is late. Im in North Chesterfield, scheduled daily pick up between 7-7:15am, 1st day I ever used them driver was late, same thing day 2, both days appx 15min late. Now mind you this was a prescheduled pickup!! HORRIBLE service! That is why everyone is switching to Uber

I use these guys to get to work all the time and they are honesty terrible they lie about time they left me once because it took me 2 minutes to get down my stairs bad company to go with if you use regular

I have traveled in my personal car in and near the Fan area of town, a few times their drivers have pulled in front of my vehicle almost hitting me one rode my bumper on Cary Street, and I was afraid he was going to hit my car, another time, I was traveling toward the downtown area on West Broad Street and in the far right lane and one of their mini-van cabs just pulled out in front of my vehicle, gave NO turn signal, never looked in the mirror to check for on coming cars, I had to hit my brakes to keep from hitting the driver! They may be a well know cab service, but they need to check their cabbys, driving habits! They need to go back to driving school!

This Company Is The Best Cab Service In Richmond Hands Down!!! They Will Be Changing Their Name To Napolean Soon But Not Their Service. The Drivers Are Always Prompt,Personable, And Proffessional. I Love The Fact That The Owner Of The Company Came To Pick Me Up Himself. So Support Them And Ride With The Best Or You May Be Left Behind.
