Michael & Son Services Richmond

I recently had a pipe burst resulting in water damage leaving lots of water in my bathroom and basement. I have dealt with M&S for 5 years & they never fail to be there when I need them. Brandon Perks came out in record time, took care of the flooding issues and set up everything needed to prevent further damage to my home. Brandon & his team went out of their way big time, they checked in daily even the night before Thanksgiving to make sure all was well. He worked with my homeowners carrier to explain everything they needed to set up my claim. If Michael & Son isn't responsible for this young man's good manners and work ethics, then his mother sure did a great job!

I would also like to mention the plumber that came out to fix the pipe that burst Pat Norman, he did an awesome job as well. There were very few options on how to get to this pipe as it was in the wall, one was going through the bathroom wall and through the ceramic tile, he came up with an alternative way to get it done by going behind the cabinets in the kitchen leaving no signs that anything had ever been done at all, it was genius. If I didn't have the M&S paperwork I don't believe the adjuster would have believed this pipe got repaired the way it did. Thanks M&S for hiring the best...

Our home needed some cable drops put in so we could have phone internet and cable. A friend referred us to this company and we are not disappointed. They were able to come to our home that day and provide a detailed estimate and explanation of needed work. The technician was very courteous and professional and made arrangements to return to our home to complete the work the next day. The technician is very punctual and showed up as scheduled. I will be keeping their information handy.
