I am a healthcare professional and was very picky about where I was going to have my work done .I inspected the place out VERY WELL about using sterile equipment, and made sure everything was single-use, disposable ink, and needles. I don't know what that other person is describing either that wrote the bad review, but I got a piercing AND a tattoo there and didn't have the first bit of trouble with getting any infections. I would like to know did your friend follow the instructions on how to care for the piercing...humm...
It was very clean, the staff was knowledgable and fun, and I had a wonderful experience.
