I'd give this company no stars if I could. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Don't let their eagerness to help you sign the lease fool you. That is the extent of their customer service. Genesis Properties employs the most unprofessional, incompetent, and all around lazy people I have ever met. Their apartments are hardly worth the money they're leased for, and when you add the frustrations of dealing with the employees, you're better off finding another apartment. Don't take my word for it, read all the other reviews!



Side note: I expressed my concerns to the CEO in a very in depth email. When I sent the email, I immediately received an automated email saying the recipient address was invalid. However, the employees of this company claim they all received the email. I asked for confirmation, and never received any, nor did I receive a reply. Either the CEO himself is as unprofessional as his employees, or I was lied to numerous times by the receptionist and office manager. Bottom line: STEER CLEAR OF GENESIS PROPERTIES!
