Nice guy, but when asking for referrals only gave me a list without saying who would be best for my illness. This happened more than once. Front office is a mess with receptionists calling out names over the din of the patients waiting, nurses coming out and calling names and the TV. Sounds like the bus station or a cattle call. Expect to wait over an hour to even get called in the back and then wait longer - pack a picnic lunch! When checking out, I could see the name of the patient the receptionist was talking about along with their drug problem.
