This place is wonderful! Have been here 4 years. 3 familys live on the property so there is always someone there. All are very knowledgeable about horses. Care for them all as if they were their own. Probably the best place in Houston area to keep a horse!

Boarded for a few months many years ago. Looks like it has not changed in that many years. The review from bbbjts is right on. If you want your horse to live in a dusty paddock and eat cow hay, then this is your place. Owner is lazy and defensive. Didn't show up for any lessons. If you complain, you better go check on your horse often. There is no respect for owner's wishes in the care of their horse. This place is not cheap.
What was good about this place is it has a covered arena, Its small but at least its covered. And the two men working there were always great. But that's where it ended. The two men do not like the owner at all...are underpaid And are not allowed to accept extra jobs. When they leave that place will cease. The owner is rude, unapproachable, grouchy and never has anything nice to say. Owner never returns calls. Owner bad mouths boarders to other boarders. Boarders come and go quickly. Nothing ever gets fixed. The stalls have rusted sharp edges. Stall floors are uneven. The roof leaks until the stalls flood. The owner's stalls are in top shape but you will never see any improvement to the other barns. You never know if your horse is getting hay or not. Hay is given in the paddocks but it is poor quality and the horses fight over it so your horse will have scars. The paddocks are only dirt with absolutely no grass. There is no plans to do rotation so that grass can have a chance to grow. There is no evidence that money goes back into any upkeep on the place. The owner takes many long weekends and vacations and even just put in a pool.
