A 49.95 Any Sewer or Drain

Run away from this rip-off company. Representatives are liars. You will wait all day long instead of promised morning window hours from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. Eventually, a technician would come at evening without proper tools and equipment, would not fix the problem but request a service call charge. Very, very rude, unprofessional people!!!

I give this company 0 stars. Their call center- unprofessional. Unreliable - three times in a row they did not show up. And when you called to see where the person is, you are greeted with an argument. When the plumber finally arrived at my home, he got particles from his equipment all over the bathroom. Gross, unprofessional and rude!

Disappointed

I have used them before, not to happy but I used them anyway.

They tell you will receive your service with iin 3 hours, expect to be 5, 6, hours if you are luck. If you call after you have waited the time they gave you, then they may tell you that they can not do the job that day. Plus, they advertise $49.95, but they charge $4.00 for gas, and if you charge the credit card they charge an other $10.00 extra. They are not polite, if you think the manager is better you may be surprised..

I am not sure if they are like this because they have enough work or just they don't care about being unprofessional.

49.95 sewer company tried to overcharge me after advertising $49.95 to clean out any drain Or sewer. They charged me $65 for the work and when I try to speak to the supervisor why they were over charging me they said if I didn't like it go to another company. So I am stopping payment and will go to another company. i would never go back to them.

they are the nastiest people DO NOT I REPEAT take them. First the guy who was supposed to put the chemical after putting it came to us and told us that we were supposed to shower, use the sink or anything for an hour. We have three floors they didnt think to even tell us before doing it. Then when we called to complain they hung up the phone on us and the girl Julie Adrian ALLLLL so rude. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALLL.

They came to snake my bath tub drain. After 5 minutes there was water leaking into my dining room. the guy came downstairs and said he punctured a whole in my pipe and I would need a plumber and need to have my ceiling opened to replace pipe . He then left my house without even an apology . I phoned the company and they says they weren't liable and basically too bad!! I'm disgusted at their so called customer service and their behaviour towards me. I told them I will be suing them and telling everyone and posting everywhere for no one to ever use them .

my back yard drain was clogged, i am a new home owner and did not really know who to call or who to trust. my neightbor gave me this company number. I called them around 9AM on a Sunday. I expected to pay more for a sunday call but to my surprise they came by noon and unclogged my backyard. no extra charges for weekend. i did pay gas surcharge of 3 bucks but thats fine.

I called the company because the drain in my kitchen sink was slow. I expected this person to simply snake my drain but instead he removed all the pipes from under my sink and left me with a massive leak under my sink in two different places. I called the company to complain and they sent their person back to fix it. When he arrived he said he did not have the correct tools and would have them send someone back in the morning to complete the job with the correct tools. He left all the pipes under my sink off rendering my sink and dishwasher completely unusable. When I called back in the morning to confim someone would be dispatched I was told that the company would not be coming back and it was not their responsibility and that I should call a plumber. He then made an implied threat against when I became agitated by stating my name back to me and saying, "we know who you are."
