Integrity Appliance has no integrity......Aweful experience with oven still non-operational for 2 weeks. Tech could not fix oven first time after installing new parts and did not confirm oven was running properly before he left. THe tech then was a no show for second appointment with no call so I wasted 4 hours sitting around. After finally getting ahold of someone on phone after the no show, they were belligerent and told me they did not want to come back to fix the problem and said call home depot for support.
Leo explained everything that made sense. He even had photos to show me, which was great to have visuals and then to have him point out exactly what he had to do for MY air ducts abestos removal and AC system. Glad it's taken care of now because me and my family's healths were at risk. They got the job done in time as promised and I'm glad I can turn to them if I have any more problems!
I highly recommend Air breeze. My old AC unit gave so many problems, not cooling every room equally and the kitchen would get horribly hot when cooking. But once I got my new Air Breeze system installed it transformed the house. The temperature is finally consistently cool in all rooms! This was really needed after having such an icky hot summer in the Valley! I was impressed with the customer service, Leo was so friendly and helpful from start to finish, making sure the job was done right and efficiently. Thanks, again! Word from the wise: get it done now or before the hot summer! You will be so happy you did!
I would give this company 6 stars if I could!Here's is why:Leo and his crew are the BEST!!! Leo is very educated and professional in his field of work. He knew exactly what is best for us and provided us with excellent service. I was amazed and impressed with Leo and his crew. They dedicated their time and strength to make sure the job got done properly. They are friendly, trustworthy, well mannered and hard working people. We felt safe having them in our home. The outcome for our central air and heat is fabulous! Leo also did repair work that roofers neglected to complete. I can't thank you enough Leo for all the things you have done for us.WOW!!!! 106 degrees and my air conditioner is not working at optimum cooling. I have a slow leek that will eventually need to be repaired. In the interim, Leo suggested an internal sealer that worked for about a year. Well, it seems that the sealer needed a boost. Leo sent Sergio out to inspect and top off the coolant. No Chargee. Can't ask for better than That. We are cool again.
I have worked with Air Breeze, specifically Leo and his wonderful crew, for over 10 years. When I first called, due to a recent surgery, I was not in a financial position to do much, but was desperate for my air conditioner to be fixed. Instead of saying he could do nothing unless I bought a new system (like the 3 other places I called), he said he would try to put a band aid on it until I could afford a new system.NO ONE ELSE was willing to HELP ME!! No one but Leo from Air Breeze.Needless to say, after that first band aid, I have purchased a new central air/heat system from Air Breeze that keeps me and my family in great comfort. DO NOT go elsewhere! Call Leo at Air Breeze.
We needed our furnace fixed, and Leo quoted us an excellent price. We signed an agreement and the next day, Sergio came at the scheduled time. He was quick, efficient, and knew what he was doing. He repaired our system despite some initial issues (the piping was incredibly tight, so Sergio had to take the gas valve with him temporarily). Sergio was even kind enough to educate me a bit on the unit, and did his job well. Leo also included a set of 12 filters for the furnace at no additional charge! Would happily recommend this company again.
If there was a zero star I would have given it to them. They sent an in a guy who knew nothing about installing a washer. Paid them $65.00 to find out he installed it improperly. Natalie said she would refund our money. It's been 3 months....still haven't seen it
beyond rude, they should literally have a customer service intervention and their word isn't worth a flipping nickel. They were supposed to come pick up my refrigerator so i purchased a new one, they decided that they no longer want to come get it so I'm now left in a bind.. Awful company....
Do yourself a favor and use any company other than H&M Appliances. The only reason I called them is I was referred by the Gas man and based on the level of customer service that I received, he must have been receiving a kick back. Took more than a week to repair my dryer that Haim - the H in H&M said would be fixed the following day and I had to call them to come back 3X becaause of an ongoing gas leak. They make promises on turning around things and completely failed to do so. One of these clowns - George told me it is not big deal to have a gas leak --- this is after the Gas Company had red tagged the dryer for the 3rd time. I would rather stick needles in my eyes and go blind that to do business with this collective ship of fools. Any positive reviews of this company are obviously made by insiders so run as quickly as you can in another direction from this group of morons! The last jerk was rude to my daughter and threw a temper tantrum then slammed my front door so hard that something fell off the wall. He was lucky I was not home as hell definitely would have ensued based on his level of lack of professionalism.
Best company ever. I called to repair my washing machine and it wasn't worth it so in one hour they delivered a new one!
