Mighty Maids

A poor experience. We asked for a quote via the online site and provided detailed information (sq. ft, # of bedrooms, bathrooms, stairs, carpet v. hardwood). The quote was $137 every two weeks with an initial thorough clean at $200. They came, left no information and charged my credit card $340. When I called to ask them about it the answer I got was that our house was "so large" and when floors are refinished there is "excessive dust." The house had been completely repainted including woodwork, regrouted, floors redone, etc and had been cleaned several times before they came. Ultimately they offered to take $40 off my next cleaning which was now quoted at $179 every two weeks and I declined.

On time, completed every task in a timely manner. Very good work. Friendly staff. Will use them again & again!!
